• Maintain vendor records and ensure accurate account information.
• Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and AP accounts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support general accounting and administrative functions as needed.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments in English and Spanish.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time

Express Employment Professionals is urgently seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Accounting Clerk (English/Spanish) to join our client's team in Sparta, Tennessee. This position will primarily focus on Accounts Payable (AP) functions while supporting general accounting activities. The ideal candidate will have previous accounting experience, strong financial knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and experience using Sage and/or SAP ERP systems.

The successful candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish and be comfortable communicating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams in both languages.
