Job summary

Majik Rent To Own in Sunbury, PA is hiring for a full-time collections/customer service role. You will own accounts, analyze activity, communicate with landlords and customers, and process payments both in-store and in the field.

We seek strong communicators with organizational skills and a drive to meet goals. Travel locally may be required; driver’s license preferred. Weekly pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in collections, retail, or customer-focused roles preferred.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel locally.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Own customer accounts and work proactively to keep them current.
• Analyze account activity and determine appropriate solutions.
• Communicate with customers, references, and landlords.
• Collect and process payments accurately (in-store and field).
• Maintain accurate documentation and account records.
• Manage field visits professionally and efficiently.
• Resolve customer concerns while protecting company standards.
