Job summary

Majik Rent To Own is hiring for a full-time role focused on customer accounts, payments, and retention. You will own accounts, analyze activity, communicate with customers and landlords, and process payments in-store and in the field.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year in collections or customer-focused roles, strong communication, and a willingness to travel locally. We offer weekly pay, a starting rate of $16+ per hour with bonuses, and growth from within.

Responsibilities

• Own customer accounts and work proactively to keep them current.
• Analyze account activity and determine appropriate solutions.
• Communicate with customers, references, and landlords.
• Collect and process payments accurately (in-store and field).
• Maintain accurate documentation and account records.
• Manage field visits professionally and efficiently.
• Resolve customer concerns while protecting company standards.
