Job summary

Majik Rent To Own is hiring in York County, PA. You will own customer accounts, analyze activity, and communicate with customers, references, and landlords to collect and process payments both in-store and in the field.

We offer training if you lack rent-to-own experience, 3 weeks PTO, 401(k) with company match, and low-cost medical benefits. Bilingual candidates may earn additional pay and weekly pay is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of experience in collections, retail, or customer-focused roles preferred.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven.
• Comfortable using systems to manage accounts.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (with assistance for heavier items).

Schedule

Full-time (40 hours/week), 5-day workweek

Monday–Friday: 10am–7pm, Saturday: 10am–6pm (required), Sunday: Closed
