Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Houston is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental accounts, deliver white-glove service in-store, by phone, and at customers’ homes, and drive account performance through timely deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.

You will conduct early-stage collections on 1–6 days past due, maintain showroom standards, build strong relationships, and generate new rental agreements while complying with safety and operational guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage accounts and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and maintain strong relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Complete deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups; generate new rental agreements.
