WOONGJIN INC. is seeking a contract operations professional to streamline business processes across procurement, accounting, and legal teams in Plano.

You will manage quotations for new and renewal contracts, draft compliant agreements, and prepare PUMIs for server upgrades and internal contracts. The role focuses on serving as the primary contact for client communications, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and producing tailored reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Experience in contract management, procurement, accounting, or legal support.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and client relationship skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ICT/cloud platforms.

Responsabilités

• Provide cross-functional support across business operations with procurement, accounting, and legal teams.
• Create and manage quotations for new and renewal contracts.
• Draft contracts and PUMIs in line with legal and corporate compliance standards.
• Prepare PUMIs for server/disk upgrades, decommissions, and intra-company contracts.
• Serve as main contract point for client communications and timely issue resolution.
• Prepare and deliver regular and ad hoc client reports.
• Manage full contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal.
• Monitor/update quotes and billing related to SCP resources on Cloud Platform.
• Register and maintain customer contract/quote data on RMS and BQMS.
