Qualifications

• 2–5 years in sales, account management, or related customer-facing role.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• English at an idiomatic level is required. Japanese communication skills is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer relationship management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with detailed data and internal systems.
• Experience in metals, materials, semiconductor, electronic components, automotive, or other manufacturing-related industries preferred; other industry backgrounds may also be considered.
• Must be able to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customer accounts.
• Serve as a primary customer contact and facilitate commercial and technical discussions with internal teams.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate customer orders, deliveries, and related transactions.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information using Excel and company systems.
• Monitor account activity, customer needs, and payment status, and provide regular updates to management.
• Support new sales opportunities and other sales activities as needed.
