Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Humble, TX is seeking an Account Manager to safeguard and grow a portfolio of rental accounts while delivering white-glove service in-store, over the phone, and at customers’ homes. You will guide customers through products, deliveries, and pickups, driving account health and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes collections, relationship-building, and contributing to sales growth through new rental agreements, with a full-time schedule including Saturdays and Sundays off

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using account management tools.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to all safety and operational guidelines.
