Rent-A-Center is hiring for an Account Manager to manage rental accounts, deliver excellent customer service, and drive sales growth. You will handle deliveries and pickups, pursue early-stage collections, and maintain store standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years of age and valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using account management tools.
• Deliver white-glove service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Generate new rental agreements and contribute to sales growth.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise and maintain showroom standards.
