Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking an Account Manager to oversee an assigned portfolio of rental accounts, deliver exceptional service, and drive account health. You will conduct early-stage collections and secure payment commitments while growing sales through new rental agreements.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet collection standards.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to all company safety and operational guidelines.
