Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Town of Florida, NY is seeking an Accounts Manager to manage rental accounts, deliver excellent customer service, and drive new rental agreements while supporting sales growth and maintaining account health.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and strong communication; you will perform deliveries, pickups, and in-store support with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments.
• Complete deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove service in-store, over the phone, and at customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
