Sherwin-Williams is seeking an Account Development Representative in Anaheim, CA to initiate and manage relationships with customers and to grow new and incremental sales with a defined target account list. The role requires heavy prospecting, coordinating selling events, and logging all contacts.

Responsibilities include working with Sales Representatives on calls, conducting product demonstrations, and building strong client relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proficient in English; bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service (1 year minimum).
• Able to work evenings and weekends if required.

• Coordinate selling efforts to grow new and incremental sales with the target account list.
• Organize and execute targeted selling events.
• Develop strategies to grow sales and profits with key customers.
• Build relationships by understanding and supporting customers’ business needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations to support solutions for the customer.
• Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline.
• Prepare and submit sales contracts and quotes.
• Visit clients to assess needs and promote products/services.
