You will manage waitlists, respond to inquiries, perform telephonic intakes, and support psychiatric administrative tasks using EMR and standard office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field or 3-5 years of health care customer service experience.
• Spanish fluency required; English proficiency essential.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint; basic computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and referrals; respond to referrals to targets.
• Conduct telephonic intakes and data entry in EMR.
• Schedule intakes and psychiatric evaluations for outpatient programs.
• Provide client portal instructions and reset passwords.
• Secure insurance payment info and validate coverage.
• Manage waitlist, no-shows, cancellations, and reschedule as needed.
• Coordinate with APN; liaise between client and APN.
• Ensure appointments and medication-related tasks are scheduled.
