Qualifications

• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred.
• Spanish speaking skills are desirable but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Originating new loan business by contacting current and potential customers and understanding their needs.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services and how to improve credit.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and sales planning to meet goals.
• Manage loan applications, risk analysis, and loan closings, and process insurance claims.
