Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager in Bedford, TX to help customers meet financial goals and learn branch operations. You will participate in an 18–24 month paid training program and then take on branch management responsibilities, with relocation assistance for promotions.

This role offers a competitive salary of $45,000 per year (paid hourly) plus an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000 annually, plus comprehensive health, dental and vision insurance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal in Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred.
• Spanish speaking skills desirable but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Must be able to relocate for promotion; relocation package provided for moves over 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in meeting financial goals and originate new loan business.
• Educate customers on lending services and credit improvement.
• Process loan applications and perform basic risk analysis and credit decisions.
• Support Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and sales planning.
