Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred.
• Spanish speaking skills desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing branch operations and sales.
• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and understanding their needs.
• Educate customers on lending services and improve credit options.
• Assist with recruiting and training and help meet sales goals.
• Support promotion to Branch Manager and relocation when promoted.
