Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. is seeking a qualified ABA Supervisor to oversee the implementation of ABA programs by Behavior Technicians and to develop individualized Treatment Plans under BCBA supervision.

The role focuses on individuals with autism and other developmental delays, delivering evidence-based interventions across home, school, and community settings. You will supervise staff, coordinate in-home and group sessions, and meet families regularly to review progress.

Qualifications

• + 2 years of professional experience in behavior modification or similar role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Early Education, or related field.
• Afternoons/evenings with some weekend/morning availability.
• Ability to pass a Live Scan FBI & DOJ clearance.
• Ability to obtain a Physical (past year) and TB test (past 90 days).
• Must have reliable transportation, valid auto insurance, and a driver’s license (if working in-person).
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Travel is required.
• CPR & First Aid Certification.
• Spanish-speaking.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement personalized ABA programs for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Deliver individual and group learning experiences to help clients achieve treatment goals.
• Train and supervise Behavior Interventionists to ensure proper program implementation.
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland-III) and set goals with supervision.
• Develop and manage behavioral intervention plans across home, school, and community.
• Empower families and caregivers with intervention strategies for daily routines.
• Analyze data, report progress, and ensure evidence-based practices.
