Responsibilities include coordinating with regional teams, maintaining regulatory compliance, managing scheduling, and mentoring supervisees to uphold high ethical and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units.
• One year supervisory ABA experience in designing/overseeing behavior modification services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
