Qualifications

• Active license or BCaBA certification required.
• Bachelor's degree plus 12 ABA units and at least 1 year supervising ABA services.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
