Qualifications

• Experience in bicycle repair, maintenance and assembly; 3–5 years preferred.
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, Sundays and holidays.
• Experience managing staff or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of bicycles and outdoor sports merchandise, including winter and water sports.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and motivate employees to meet department goals.
• Oversee bike sales, service, repairs, assembly and maintenance with safety standards.
• Oversee winter and water sports merchandise, seasonal readiness and customer service.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong product knowledge across department.
• Maintain merchandising, displays, signage, and cleanliness of the department.
• Monitor sales, assist with inventory and coordinate with store management.
