A sporting goods retailer is seeking a qualified Bike/Ski Shop Supervisor for their Idaho Falls location. You will manage repair operations, lead a skilled team, and ensure outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in bike/ski mechanics and is adept at managing repairs and customer interactions. This is a hands-on role where you will engage with both customers and staff while maintaining high quality standards and safety in repairs.

Qualifications

• Mid- to expert-level bike mechanic with 1–3 years of experience as a bike mechanic and ski technician.
• Proficient in suspension servicing, wheel building, mountain and road overhauls, ski binding mounting, and safety testing.
• Able to work well with others, communicate clearly, and support a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular maintenance, tune-ups, and repairs for bikes and skis.
• Oversee and prioritize daily repair schedules and workflow.
• Identify issues with equipment and articulate solutions to customers.
