You will balance passion for people with retail excellence, serving riders on the floor as host, mentor, and brand advocate to deliver quick, frictionless solutions that keep riders riding longer and better.

The role emphasizes frontline leadership, partnership with riders, and maintaining high service levels while supporting sales and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• Passion for cycling and the Specialized brand.
• Bike shop or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication with riders and team members.
• Must be able to work weekends as business dictates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class rider service to drive sales and rider satisfaction.
• Meet and connect with riders, identify needs, and offer options and advice.
• Inspire riders to buy and create a positive brand impression throughout the purchase process.
• Deliver inclusive, ride-focused experiences for staff and riders in line with the Retail Way.
• Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards and keep product areas tidy.
• Ensure store cleanliness and perform light janitorial duties at opening/closing.
• Stay current on product features using company literature and training.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Perform opening/closing responsibilities in manager's absence.
