Specialized is seeking a Store Manager for the Incycle location in Santa Clarita, CA. This leader will balance retail excellence with a passion for the brand, guiding staff, partners, and riders to deliver world-class experiences.

The role emphasizes driving profitability, hosting brand-centric events, and mentoring a diverse team while upholding store standards and customer care. Weekend availability is required and medical benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience and passion for cycling and the Specialized brand.
• A current or former retail employee with 1+ years of experience preferred.
• Excellent communication with riders and team members.
• Must be able to work as business dictates including weekends.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall profitability of the retail store and maximize topline revenue.
• Host tours of the space and convey our processes for outstanding methods.
• Performance and talent management of all current employees.
• Schedule staff and shifts; ensure showroom readiness and organization.
• Educate staff through in-house training and SBCU facilitation.
• Build long-term relationships with key riders and retailers based on data.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor and office space.
• Ensure timely delivery of special orders and home deliveries.
• Set development goals for team and align with store and company initiatives.
• Operate within company rules and ensure brand alignment.
