Trek Store Grosse Pointe Woods is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Service Manager to lead our Service Center operations with energy and a customer-first mindset. You will oversee workflow, staffing, and KPIs, act as the primary service advisor, and train the team to deliver Trek's signature hospitality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bicycle service center experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to attend Trek Service classes in Waterloo, WI.
• Ability to plan effectively to anticipate shop needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead store Service Center operations, workflow, staffing, and KPIs.
• Serve as primary service advisor and integrate sales and service.
• Train and develop team members for future leadership.
• Write more than 50% of the service work orders and ensure orders are organized.
• Ensure bikes are built and delivered to the sales floor and customers.
