Job summary

Trek Store Grosse Pointe is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the store's Service Center and own workflow, staffing, and KPIs to ensure the best customer experience. You will be the primary service advisor, train your team, and drive seamless integration of service and sales with strong communication.

Expect to manage costs, maintain organized service orders, write the majority of work orders, and lead a high-energy team focused on hospitality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bicycle service center experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to attend Trek Service classes in Waterloo, WI.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary service advisor coordinating sales and service.
• Lead and train your team to deliver Trek’s hospitality.
• Manage service costs and keep service orders organized.
• Ensure bikes are built and delivered to the sales floor and customers.
• Write more than 50% of the work orders and communicate with customers.
