Job summary

Trek Store Springfield, part of Trek Retail Corporation, seeks a Service Manager to lead the store's Service Center. You will own workflow decisions, supervise mechanics, and ensure Trek’s hospitality-driven service for every customer.

As the primary service advisor, you will link sales and service, train staff, manage costs, and keep orders organized while maintaining a clean, efficient department. Your energy and coaching will help develop future leaders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bicycle service center experience.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership.
• Willingness to attend Trek Service classes in Waterloo, WI.
• Proactive approach to staying up to date on industry changes and trends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operations lead for the store's Service Center and own workflow decisions.
• Staff the mechanics and manage KPIs to ensure top customer experience.
• Act as the primary service advisor, integrating sales and service while guiding the team.
• Train and develop technicians, manage service orders, and control costs.
