Job summary

Trek Bikes is seeking a Service Manager to lead the store's Service Center in West Springfield, VA. You will oversee workflow, staffing of mechanics, and KPI delivery to ensure every customer enjoys Trek’s hospitality.

You’ll be the primary service advisor, blending sales and service while guiding a team to excellence. You’ll train staff, engage with customers to tailor the right service at the right time, manage costs, and keep orders organized.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bicycle service center experience.
• Strong communication skills and outstanding hospitality.
• Proven leadership ability and team development capacity.
• Ability to plan service workflows and manage staffing efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operations lead for the store's Service Center and own workflow decisions.
• Be the primary service advisor, coordinating sales and service experiences.
• Train and develop team members, and monitor KPIs for service quality.
• Control service costs, maintain organized service orders, and keep the department clean.
• Lead the team to ensure bikes are built and delivered to the sales floor.
• Communicate proactively with customers and document orders and statuses.
