Job summary

Specialized is seeking a Service Technician in Atlanta to act as the front-line brand ambassador for riders, delivering expert repair work and exceptional service. You will engage with riders on-site and remotely, identify needs, and guide them to the right maintenance, tune-ups, or upgrades.

You will work with a team to ensure top-tier rider experiences, maintain clean workspaces, and support bike sales with technical advice. A passion for cycling and customer care is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in bike service and maintenance preferred.
• Excellent communication with riders and team members.
• Ability to work on weekends as required.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Meet riders and understand their needs; offer options from service menu or tune ups.
• Explain technical matters clearly and accurately.
• Assist customers with product/service selection and upsell where appropriate.
• Process service work orders accurately and schedule repairs.
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise and new product lines.
• Assist with bike sales through technical consultation.
