Specialized Bicycle Components is seeking a Service Technician to be the frontline ambassador for our brand. You will work directly with riders—in-store and remotely—to identify needs, guide them to the right services, and deliver best-in-class technical support.

Qualifications

• Passion for cycling and the Specialized brand.
• Excellent communication with riders and team members.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Meet riders, assess needs, and offer options from a service menu or tune-ups.
• Provide expert technical service and guidance on bicycles and components.
• Assist customers with product/service selection and upsell where appropriate.
• Document service work orders clearly and manage repairs efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of all merchandise and keep up with new product lines.
• Support bike sales with technical consulting and station upkeep.
