Qualifications

• Excellent communication with riders and team members.
• Must be able to work as business dictates which includes weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform tune-ups on bicycles.
• Provide expert product advice and ride‑specific solutions to customers.
• Take in service work orders accurately and schedule repairs.
• Assist with bike sales through technical consulting and on‑floor support.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of the service area.
