• Retail employee with bike shop experience preferred.
• Ability to effectively interact with team members.
• Experience with product features through company literature.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class rider service to ensure satisfaction.
• Meet and connect with riders, providing options and advice.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of product presentation areas.
• Assist in visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure dependable attendance and punctuality.

Skills

Passion for cycling and the Specialized brand

Excellent communication

Ability to stand for extensive time periods

Ability to lift at least 50 lbs

Education

1+ years of retail experience preferred
