Qualifications

• Customer service chops required.
• Willingness to learn and be trained.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Prior bike mechanic experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot repairs and service all kinds of bikes.
• Build relationships with customers who trust you to keep gear running.
