Trek Store Stafford is seeking a Service Technician to care for bikes so owners love riding them. You’ll troubleshoot repairs and service all kinds of bikes, and you’ll be the first to work on brand new models before they hit the sales floor.

We’re looking for someone with stellar customer service chops, a willingness to learn, and a real motivation to build skills as a technician. Training is provided, no prior mechanic experience required.

Qualifications

• Self-motivation and a team-focused mindset.
• Hospitality with a warm, approachable manner and strong listening skills.
• Excellent communication skills for customers and teammates.
• Attention to detail and a love for tinkering until you figure it out.
• Desire to learn the ins and outs of servicing bicycles and new tech.

Responsabilités

• Service and repair bicycles to keep owners riding smoothly.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform routine maintenance on a range of bikes.
