Job summary

DXL Big & Tall is seeking a Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder in Bellevue to deliver an unmatched guest experience. You will welcome guests, understand their needs and guide them to the right apparel solutions across a wide range of brands and private labels.

You will coach and support the sales team to improve selling skills and store performance, while maintaining operations. Eligible for quarterly bonuses and benefits as described in the posting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college/university degree helpful, not required.
• Demonstrates superior customer service techniques and experience with problem/complaint resolution.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests by engaging with them to understand needs, preferences and lifestyle.
• Serve as product knowledge expert across a broad range of apparel including private labels and names.
• Provide on-going coaching and training to team members on selling skills and store procedures.
