Job summary

Place Network Agents in Raleigh, NC is seeking motivated real estate professionals to join a premier team. You will leverage coaching, training, and PLACE technology to grow your client base and close deals.

This commission-based role rewards success with access to health insurance, revenue sharing, equity participation, vesting programs, and investment opportunities as eligible.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch and participate in weekly trainings
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
• Consult with buyers and identify homes, negotiate offers
• Track tasks in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting activities to appointments
• Engage in weekly script practice and team activities
• Commit to weekly coaching sessions and partner calls
• Consult with sellers to listings and market homes
• Demonstrate pricing strategies and listing services

Responsibilities

An active real estate license is required.

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
