Blattner, a leader in renewable energy construction with a long history, seeks an Estimating Assistant in Avon, MN to support quotes, bid planning, and administrative tasks. You will coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to keep information flowing.

Responsibilities include preparing RFPs, downloading bid documents, and managing bid calendars, while entering data into HCSS, Excel, and Salesforce. This on-site role offers competitive pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Two-year post high school degree and/or on-the-job experience.
• Minimum 2 years related office experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist estimating team with quotes, bid planning, and related administrative tasks.
• Solicit quotes from subcontractors and suppliers using RFPs, calls, emails, and ads.
• Download and distribute bid documents and monitor updates.
• Assist pre-bid meetings, bid planning, and bid file setup.
• Create bids using HCSS and Excel by importing and entering data.
• Maintain bid calendar and distribute to project managers and estimators.
• Populate new bid opportunities in Salesforce.
