Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in a bid desk or proposal management role.
• Experience in IT industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple bids.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, cross-functional collaboration, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for bid-related inquiries within the company.
• Coordinate end-to-end bid process, from initial response to final submission.
• Draft and format bid documents to align with company standards.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, finance, and legal teams to gather information.
• Maintain accurate bid records and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Conduct post-bid analysis and collect customer feedback to improve future bids.
