• Review bid documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain organized records of bid activity and timelines.
• Communicate deadlines to internal stakeholders.
• Prepare formal bid responses ensuring compliance.
• Assist teams with product recommendations based on bid requirements.
• Conduct research on vendors and market conditions.
