Qualifications

• At least 2 years of classroom teaching experience in school or church settings.
• Mature Christian faith aligned with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Active participation in a local church with doctrine aligned to LifeWise beliefs.

Responsibilities

• Teach LifeWise Classes using the curriculum and map curriculum customization.
• Plan lessons and implement LifeWise curriculum in the classroom.
• Build relationships with students and pray for them regularly; maintain an engaging, redemptive learning environment.
• Maintain attendance records and class rosters; prepare information for substitutes as needed.
• Communicate with program director and school personnel about schedule changes and student well‑being.
