Job summary

Inspire Education Group is seeking a Reporting and Systems Developer to join the Management Information Systems (MIS) team. You will develop, implement, and maintain BI reports and dashboards using Power BI and SSRS to enhance performance and resource use across the College Group.

You will review, develop, and implement MIS processes supporting students, staff, and stakeholders, ensuring streamlined administration and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and maintaining business intelligence reports and dashboards.
• Ability to review, develop and implement systems and processes for MIS reporting.
• Experience in implementing performance, quality and business systems.
• Ability to plan and implement system improvements in student data management products.
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain BI reports and dashboards to maximise performance and resource use.
• Review and implement MIS processes to streamline administration and ensure data accuracy.
• Develop and implement performance, quality, and business systems to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with MIS leadership to plan system improvements across student data systems.
