Job summary

The BI Developer & Reporting Analyst at SPS designs, builds, and supports scalable reporting and analytics solutions. You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into dashboards, semantic models, and data views using SQL, Power BI, SharePoint, and AWS QuickSight, while maintaining data quality and governance.

This role focuses on delivering timely, accurate insights for SPS clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3–5 years of experience in BI/reporting analytics.
• 2–3 years Power BI and SQL experience with intermediate/advanced SQL.
• Power BI data-modeling and DAX knowledge.
• Experience with data from multiple sources and data quality awareness.
• Strong Excel and data-management skills.
• Ability to define KPI dictionaries and reporting governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards.
• Extract, cleanse, validate, and manipulate data from multiple sources.
• Build reporting solutions with SharePoint, Power BI, and AWS QuickSight.
• Gather requirements, define metrics, and translate needs into deliverables.
• Analyze trends and operational data to support decision-making.
• Ensure reports are timely, accurate, and easy to interpret.
