Job summary

Sutherland seeks an experienced MIS/BI reporting specialist to generate dashboards and reports across Finance & Accounting processes. The role focuses on delivering timely MIS outputs using Power BI and Excel, processing CRM-driven data, and highlighting operational gaps for data-driven improvements.

You will work in a multi-cultural environment, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure high-quality, actionable insights and consistent delivery of SLA/KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with a strong educational background.
• Proficiency in different reporting tools. Preference to MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Power BI.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication (verbal and written) skills to work cooperatively in a multi-cultural team."
• Self-Driven, Result Oriented, Problem-Solving Skills with High Customer Orientation

Responsibilities

• Generate reports and showcase them through dashboards, as an individual contributor
• Manage MIS and Power BI reports across F&A processes such as Order Management, O2C, P2P, R2R and FP&A
• Ability to process reports from the CRM and showcase results
• Highlight performance gaps and create dashboards that will enable decision making and process changes in Operations
• MIS reporting by using Advance Excel, Power BI & VBA (Macro) at Operational
• Create and share daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports of the SLAs, KPIs and Operational Processes on time as per client requirements
• Deliver end products maintaining quick turnaround times and highest quality standards
• Implement practices and processes to improve operational efficiencies in generating & maintaining day to day MIS Data and updating the management
