Job summary

IBC is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to create and manage BI solutions, dashboards, and KPI scorecards. You will translate business needs into technical specifications and develop data sources using T-SQL for SSRS reports.

The role requires strong data analysis, Power BI expertise, and collaboration with IT and business units to ensure accurate, timely reporting and optimized performance.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of related BI/analytics experience preferred.
• Experience with predictive analytics and forecasting is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL queries, SSRS/SSIS, and Power BI is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BI solutions, dashboards, and KPI scorecards.
• Translate business needs into reporting solutions and technical specs.
• Create data sources using TSQL queries and maintain SSRS reports.
• Collaborate with IT and business lines to integrate systems as needed.
• Maintain technical documentation of report logic and processes.
• Support report availability and performance for internal users.
