Omnicom Health is seeking a BI Platform Manager to own and manage the enterprise BI platform. This hands-on leadership role translates business requirements into scalable dashboards, datasets, and reports while coordinating with Finance, Enterprise Data, IT, and business stakeholders.

The role emphasizes governance, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of analytics capabilities, with collaboration across IT and business units to enable informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BI, analytics engineering or related field.
• Hands-on BI platform admin experience; DOMO preferred.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT knowledge.
• Ability to architect dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
• Experience with governance, lifecycle, and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Administer enterprise BI platform settings, environments, licenses, users, groups, roles and access controls.
• Monitor platform health, dataset refreshes, connectivity, dataflows, capacity and performance.
• Coordinate incident response and restore service during issues.
• Architect scalable BI workflows, dashboards, reports, and alerts.
• Troubleshoot data quality and integration issues across end-to-end data flow.
• Partner with IT, Finance and Enterprise Data to resolve root causes and ensure trusted outputs.
