Job summary

Omnicom Health Group is seeking a hands-on BI Platform Manager to own and operate the enterprise BI platform(s). You will translate business requirements into scalable dashboards, dataflows, and reports, while coordinating with Finance, Enterprise Data, IT, and business stakeholders.

The role requires strong SQL skills, platform governance, and experience in building reliable self-service analytics. This is a manager-level, hands-on role focused on continuous improvement and platform reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BI, analytics engineering, or BI platform administration.
• Hands-on experience administering modern BI platforms; DOMO strongly preferred; other platforms acceptable.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, APIs, and data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Administer enterprise BI platform settings, licenses, users, and access controls.
• Monitor platform health, data refreshes, connectors, dataflows, capacity, and performance.
• Coordinate incident response and restore service for platform issues.
• Architect scalable BI workflows, dashboards, reports, and alerts.
• Investigate data quality issues and coordinate with data owners to resolve root causes.
• Enforce governance standards, lifecycle management, and asset certification.
