Job summary

Aristocrat Interactive is seeking a data-driven BI Analyst to build and maintain reporting and analytics solutions. You will partner with marketing and operations to define projects, gather requirements, and deliver insights across multiple initiatives.

You will leverage SQL, SSRS, and Power BI to create dashboards, ensure data integrity, and support ad-hoc reporting. A strong business focus and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Marketing/Business Analytics focusing on strategy, operations, and marketing data.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience with SSRS and writing complex SQL queries.
• Advanced Excel using Power Pivot, Power View and related features.
• Experience gathering and documenting client requirements.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Commitment to data integrity and accuracy with attention to detail.
• Support and collaborate on ad-hoc reports and data needs.
• Proficiency with Power BI reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets using SQL to deliver insights for digital initiatives.
• Benchmark performance across channels and recommend growth areas.
• Evaluate CRM bonus campaigns and propose new campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends and keep leadership informed.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and work with Product Owners to deliver.
• Attend meetings and assist with new requests and improvements.
• Participate in training to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Coordinate projects between Lottery and vendors when needed.
