Job summary

Trusted Media Brands is seeking a skilled BI Analyst to join our data team. You will bridge business needs with data engineering and data science, translating complex questions into scalable analytical solutions.

You will work with stakeholders to define objectives, build models and dashboards, and communicate insights clearly. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools like Power BI, Data Studio, Looker, or Tableau is essential, as we push AI-enabled analytics across our brands.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in BI/analytics.
• Experience developing analytical models, reporting, or other decision support tools.
• Ability to translate analysis into concise recommendations and executive-level presentations.
• Familiarity with AI tools in analytics is a plus.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
• Develop analytical models to answer forecasting, testing, performance, and other business questions.
• Analyze business performance, identify key drivers, and explain meaningful variances and trends.
• Build executive-level presentations that turn analysis into clear recommendations and business narratives.
• Create and maintain scalable dashboards, reporting tools, and analytical frameworks.
• Work across Excel, Power BI, Data Studio, SQL, and other analytical tools to solve business problems.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Data Science when problems require deeper data infrastructure or advanced analytical approaches.
• Improve the accuracy, usability, and scalability of the data and reporting used by the business.
