Job summary

GamblingCareers.com is seeking a seasoned BI Analyst to build, enhance, and maintain a business intelligence platform supporting analytics and insights across marketing and operations. You will engage with business and operations teams from definition through delivery on multiple projects.

The role focuses on developing reporting and analytical solutions, documenting processes, and light application updates to enable these solutions. Strong SQL, SSRS, and Power BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Marketing Analytics/Business Analytics experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or Economics.
• Expertise in gathering and documenting client requirements.
• Experience turning complex data into actionable insights for business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets using SQL to deliver actionable insights for digital initiatives.
• Benchmark performance across channels and platforms and propose growth strategies.
• Evaluate CRM bonus campaigns and propose new campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends and report to management on opportunities.
• Elicit requirements from the Lottery and align with Product Owners.
• Coordinate projects or requirement elicitation between Lottery and vendors.
