You will manage a mixed offshore/onshore team, drive reporting standards, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely, accurate data for critical business decisions. The role requires strong communication, project organization, and a passion for data-driven improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of BI or reporting teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrators and developers (off-shore and on-shore).
• Provide ongoing support to reporting users across departments.
• Prioritize work and represent the group in meetings.
• Develop QA, documentation, and Jira workflows.
• Coordinate with BI vendors and consultants.
• Communicate project updates through the lifecycle.
• Drive performance and exceed goals.
