URBN is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead the enterprise BI team within URBN's Technology Enterprise Data Warehouse. You will drive data strategy, ensure high-quality reporting, and partner with stakeholders around the globe to deliver insights across all departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage team of BI administrators and developers (off-shore and on-shore).
• Provide ongoing reporting support across all departments, including on-call rotation.
• Prioritize work and represent the group in larger meetings.
• Develop documentation, QA, and JIRA workflow practices.
• Conduct requirements meetings and support Brands with recommendations; coordinate with BI vendors.
• Communicate project updates throughout the lifecycle of a project.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and goal orientation to exceed targets.
